AutonoMe uses the power of mobile technology to enable neurodiverse people and those with learning disabilities to gain employment and develop skills for independent living. We’ve worked hard to create a model of support which is deliverable and enables people receiving our support to achieve their outcomes. We provide a Development Coordinator (industry expert) alongside our library of instructional videos accessed through the AutonoMe app to support the learner to progress towards their outcomes and tailor our support to their needs. Our Development Coordinators also provide training to support staff and employers to make sure everyone involved is working together in support of the learner

Pushing play on progress

Following a referral getting set up with AutonoMe is a speedy process on average taking around 15 minutes to get started. As well as this, it’s also incredibly easy to track the progress of the learner so you can see what’s working and what isn’t, very quickly! Our App content is created in partnership with learners themselves and professionals to make sure it’s always amazing for everyone to use.

The Development Coordinator Model is also really important to what we do. It allows our learners and support providers to know that there’s always someone there to help them and adapt their support as it’s needed. It’s not just a tech support role, it’s life support!
