What is Connect to Work?
Connect to Work is a free, voluntary programme funded by the UK Government, providing personalised employment support for people who face barriers to finding or staying in work.
Whether you're living with a disability, managing a health condition, or dealing with other challenges, our team is here to help you build confidence, find suitable employment, and thrive in the workplace.
If you're already in work but need extra support to remain in your role or progress in your career, Connect to Work offers tailored guidance to help you succeed and achieve your goals.

Delivered as part of Lincolnshire Connect to Work, our free employment service provides personalised human support combined with technology for people who are looking for work, as well as those already in employment who would benefit from additional support.

AutonoMe specialises in supporting neurodiverse people and people with learning disabilities through personalised employment support that is built around the individual.
As part of Lincolnshire Connect to Work, we're delivering two specialist services across North Lincolnshire:
Support for people looking for work
If you're currently unemployed, we'll work alongside you to:
Identify your employment goals
Build confidence and work-ready skills
Find suitable job opportunities
Prepare for interviews
Access reasonable adjustments
Support you into sustainable employment
Support for people already in work
If you're already employed but need additional support, we can help you:
Stay in work
Build confidence in your role
Access workplace adjustments
Develop strategies to overcome challenges
Progress within your career
Eligibility
• They live in North Lincolnshire
• They are aged 18 or over
• Has a disability or a long-term health condition / Have Learning Disabilities, neurodiversity etc
• Offender (someone who is serving a community service) or ex-offender (someone who has completed a custodial or community sentence
• A carer
• A homeless person
• A former member of His Majesty’s (HM) Armed Forces, a member of HM AF reserves, or a partner of current or former Armed Forces personnel
• A person for whom a drug or alcohol dependency, including a history of dependency, presents a significant barrier to employment
• Care-experienced young person or a care leaver
• A refugee, a resettled Afghan; A person on the Ukrainian scheme
• A victim/survivor of domestic abuse
• Young people identified as being involved or at risk of being involved in serious violence
• A victim of modern slavery
• Homelessness
• Veterans
