Dan was one of the founding four members of SecondSync, a Bristol based start-up using social media analytics to measure TV ratings. After being acquired by Twitter in 2014 Dan went on to manage their team of UK engineers. After meeting Will through SETsquared Dan joined the board in 2016 bringing his expertise from taking a startup technology firm to a high value exit

Recognised internationally as an industry leader in the field of health and social care having previously taken businesses from conception to £100m+ turnover, a unique achievement within this sector. Runs family private equity business investing in high quality businesses and ambassador for a number of charitable organisations whilst supporting SME businesses realise their full potential by helping them with operational, growth and exit strategies where applicable
William Britton, CEO
15 years experience in Education and Social Care vulnerable services. Fully qualified lecturer of SEND students (PGCE) teaching entry level IT and Media. BA (hons) Video production. Level 3 award in support of people with Learning Disabilities and Autism. 5 years as an SEN assistive technology specialist. Combining his understanding of the challenges faced and video production skills to create an instructional video format, based on the principles of EasyRead , that guides learners successfully through tasks.
