AutonoMe is simple to implement and our model allows us to quickly scale up to support large numbers of people. Over 12 months, 80% of the people we work with become more independent and 83% improve their well- being. By focussing on improving and evidencing individual outcomes we can demonstrate quantifiable system benefits.
